Well in southwest Georgia, Spring has arrived. I gripe a lot about living here, but this is one lovely perk...spring in February. But March has somehow hopped right in here and I have a lot to get done. So I will definitely be a mad hare as I dash through my WIP (ha ha) and get it ready for my awesome agent. I wish I could guarantee that my WIP will be so awesome, but it's a first draft and a bolder project than the last.
To keep me on the right track, I'm following a fabulous group of writers who are blogging to inspire. Join me as I check in all month:
Denise Jaden (Mondays)
Shana Silver (Tuesdays)
Angelina Hansen (Wednesdays)
Shari Green (Thursdays)
Craig Pirrall (Fridays)
*I've been told there will be prizes as well as inspiration!
I read about the prizes. :)
ReplyDeleteWinter never really came where I am.
Happy writing.
Mary Ann,
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to stop by and give you a quick shout out and Hello!
Also, I'll second Angelina's hugs. Tough couple of days. Brave girl that daughter of yours. Sorry to hear about the pet bunny. Good luck with the moisture problem and the allergies. I hope you can get it all dried up quickly. Good luck on your WIP. The end is in sight! The end of March, that is, I hope not the end of the progress or the connections we have all made.
Press on!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Jenn. You hate to see your kids hurt, and this one really got me. Maisie is an amazing little girl. A very innocent 10-year-old, but uncannily wise at times. The bunny loved her, too.
ReplyDeleteI had gotten so attached as well. Mostly, though, I saw what a mission it was for Maisie. To love a creature and share her world. A tender, beautiful soul, indeed.
As for the WIP...on we go! I'm going to keep up with Denise through April, so let's stay in touch! Good luck with your WIP :-)
